• Terri came out of college with a master’s degree as a speech-language pathologist.
• She started her own clinic, with no idea how to run it, only to figure it out in the 2nd year of running the business.
• In 1982, she sold her first business and started an art business
• For 31 years she has become a business consultant.

• Waking up and giving gratitude to whatever, such as waking up or having heat or air conditioning or seeing your loved ones.

• Delegating yourself to the universe and the things that you are not in control 
• Be a better communicator

• It is okay to say you don’t know and that it is a sign of strength
• Terri shares how she started writing at the age of 7 and published a poetry journal at the age of 8
  by this time she has already published 47 books.
• Terri believes that to have a conversation, one must listen and not bring opinions when working with others
  • She shares her experience with a client asking for her consultations, it took two full meetings for them

to realize that they needed to let the CEO and Director of Operations speak without interruption.
