- Terri came out of college with a master’s degree as a speech-language pathologist.
- She started her own clinic, with no idea how to run it, only to figure it out in the 2nd year of running the business.
- In 1982, she sold her first business and started an art business
- For 31 years she has become a business consultant.

- It is okay to say you don’t know and that it is a sign of strength
- Terri shares how she started writing at the age of 7 and published a poetry journal at the age of 8
by this time she has already published 47 books. - Terri believes that to have a conversation, one must listen and not bring opinions when working with others
- She shares her experience with a client asking for her consultations, it took two full meetings for them
to realize that they needed to let the CEO and Director of Operations speak without interruption.
